Default Avoid duplicate node values

Hi,

I have a xml document like this.
<root>
 <diag>
   <code v="100.2">
   <code v="120.3">
 </diag>
 <diag>
   <code v="100.2">
   <code v="300.0">
  </diag>
I want to display distinct values using xsl.
Example:
   code : 100.2
   code: 120.3
   code: 300.0
How to to display these values using xsl?
