Default How to split this string

How to split this following string and map each number to each xml node.

Input:

<XxHugeRecSetV>
<allFields>333#333#333#333#333#333#333#333#333#333 #333#333#333#333#333#333#333#333#333#333#333#333#3 33#333#333#333#333#333#333#333#333#333#333#333#333 #333#333#333#333#333</allFields>
</XxHugeRecSetV>

Output should be like this:
