Please do not post identical questions to two forums.
You got a response from a top XSLT expert already, it seems like there is a stray unescaped ampersand in your XML. Post the whole XML to the other thread.

no i didnt post anything. this my first posting in this forum. to be frank this my first experience posting question in a forum. so i may also done it wrong pls help me to find a solution
