Default Oracle Jdeveloper extention functions

y the user defined extention functions in oracl dont work correctly?
even the one shown in oracle jdev example dont work?

As far as I'm aware, we don't have any Oracle experts around here (please come out of the woodwork if you're hiding) so I suggest you use an Oracle forum. Anyone wanting to help you with this will need a lot more information, like your input and your output for starters.
