Default Diference between these two name spaces

1>xmlns:svg="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg"

2>xmlns:svg="urn:oasis:names:tc:opendocument:xmlns :svg-compatible:1.0"

Can any one tell me the difference btween the two namespaces.

Someone can almost certainly tell you the difference, but there's a fairly small chance that you'll find them hanging around on an XSLT list. Find an SVG forum.
