I would like to know if I can call the template Request_SLA and get from it only some of the lines that there are in the template (for example
       <column name="RED" />
       <column name="YELLOW" />
       <column name="GREEN" />
if so how can I do it?

        <xsl:call-template name="counter_column_execution">

No of course you can't. That would be like calling a subroutine in Visual Basic and only invoking some of the instructions in the subroutine. You can make the code in the template conditional on parameters.
