Default Error in Xmlspy when running xslt script

Hi, I am receiving this error, for <xsl:result-document>

"A result document with this href has already been implicitly or explicitly created"

Anyone know what is the problem here. I am comparing the files that I made before. Structurally, nothing has changed so far. Thanks

My guess would be that you've called xsl:result-document twice specifying the same output URI both times. You aren't allowed to do that.
