Default XML to CSV Converter for Mac (simple columnar data)

Folks - I'm a product guy w/ rusty coding skills. I've got lots of large XML files I would like to convert to CSV for subsequent massaging in Excel (assume simple, regular columnar data, for now). Before I invest the time to ramp up on XLST, can anyone recommend a utility which will do this conversion and actually runs on Mac OS X? All of the ones I've found thus far don't actually run on Mac. Your help appreciated.

Default

Kernow for Saxon is a Java App, and hence should run fine. Great for developing and testing XSLT.
