How to convert XML to Word Ordered List?

Hi,

I need some help/pointers to convert my XML to word Ordered List. Can someone direct me the approaches here.

The final output should be like Word Ordered list where if we press enter in middle of any list, it should auto generate the numbers. (Hope you got what i mean :))
