Default How to tell XSLT editor that referenced template will be available at transform

I'm working in eclipse with the XSLT editor which nicely identifies errors in the xslt file with red marker blocks on the sidebar. The structure of our files is to have one master include file that includes about 60 templates. When editing any of the 60 templates the editor shows an error when I make a call-template reference to a template in another file. Although I can live with this, it masks real errors that the editor marks because I have to hover over each marker to see the error.

When programming in C++, you can have a forward reference that tells the compiler that the function will be available at link time and not mark it as an error. Is there any such way to tell the editor that the template will be available at transform time so I only have error markers that mark real errors?

I dont think there are any editors on the market that do this well. I use XML SPY which does a good job of finding and editing templates easily. However it only works if you are editing the master xslt (with all the imports).

oXygen allows you to indicate that a stylesheet module (or schema module) is to be treated as part of a package, and will use the package as the context for resolving references and prompting for name completion. It's possible to use oXygen within Eclipse, I believe.
