XSLT randomly stops working

I have a really strange issue.

I have the menu, footer, phone number dynamically generated with XSLT. (Umbraco CMS)

For some reasons the menu XSLT randomly stops without any changes to the code or server.

One minute the menu is there and then it disappears, I refresh the browser a few times a few minutes later is there again.

I did check the HTML code, is not generated, is not like is hidden with Javascript or CSS

Any idea what could be happening?
