The fact is WROX (Wiley) Does not own the books - the printers do. EVen if Wiley wanted to have the "Wrox" scratched out on the books, they can't have it done. I am sure APRESS would rather that the books hold their information, since they own the books now. But they can't have that done either, as they don't own the books.
The printers that have the book in stock can sell them- as they stand. No one can do anything about that- which is why there are still books out there with the wrong information in it.
BTW- I know for a fact that the book in question can be found on "The other web site" because I saw it there.
This information is clearly provided at the top of the DOWNLOAD CODE page. If your frustrated, be frustrated with yourself for not reading the instructions.
