Hi Ganesh,

The problem could be due to your SMTP service not installed or running fine. Try this from your command prompt to check if your SMTP is fine. Remember SMTP should be configured/setup on the one that runs IIS.

Usage:
telnet <servername> <port>

Telnet ComputerName_OR_IP_Which_Runs_SMTP 25

If that connects then your SMTP is running fine. Else you got attend to that.
