There are so many! I've used Borland C++ for years. It's great, now obsolete but still very useful. It has appeared on several free magazine cover discs so you should be able to get your hands on a copy. Of course it's a bit old-fashioned in some ways, rather depends what you want to do. Not advised for internet work for example.
