Wouldn't it be wonderful if Wiley offered a discount on second editions by mailing in the back cover of the first edition and filling out a rebate form printed from the web? Some years ago I remember a rebate offered by a computer book publisher for mailing in several back covers of their books. Was a very nice gesture for the loyal book buyers. I haven't seen another promotion like it since. I'm pretty sure it was SAMS publishing or whomever owned them at the time.
Perhaps Wiley could work a deal with Amazon.com where on second editions of books or if you order three Wrox books and you mail in back covers you can get an amazon.com certificate worth $10 towards the purchase of more books(maybe even just more Wiley books).
