C++ also is OOP....but it also is structure language...in order to be a expert or master of C++, you need more than 18 months...18 months is just for mastering the particular area for you to do that such of system, application or project....but if you wan be a master or expert in any C++ area(example: win32, MFC)...you need more than 18 months....coz C++ hard to understand it...but for java, it more easier than C++...but for me i like C++ than java...
