Dunno if its a feature but I like the fact that it isn't focussed on one technology. The mixture of abilities and interests makes for a good community. And that it is free.

Shouldn't do that irritating meta refresh thing when you post 'thanks for your contribution [wait for 10 seconds]'.
Sorting of articles should be persistent within session.
Navigation is annoying and clunky - you could, for instance have a tree down the side.
