Default Developing Online Communities?

I'm working on a project for school which involves looking into online communities for technology oriented business customers.

I've come across this site and I would like to get some honest input from the members of this community.

My questions for you are:
1. What are the main features you like about this site?
2. What room for improvement is there, or what additional features would you like to see?
3. What other communities do members this site use on a regular basis? This could include sites like www.wikipedia.org, specific blogs, faqs, and knowledge bases.
4. How much time per day do you spend on this particular website?
5. What’s the best way to attract new users to this site?

These answers will help me finish a research study for one of my classes, so any help you may have in addition to these questions will be appreciated.

Thanks

Dunno if its a feature but I like the fact that it isn't focussed on one technology. The mixture of abilities and interests makes for a good community. And that it is free.

Shouldn't do that irritating meta refresh thing when you post 'thanks for your contribution [wait for 10 seconds]'.
Sorting of articles should be persistent within session.
Navigation is annoying and clunky - you could, for instance have a tree down the side.

<=1 hour per week
