It is fairly difficult to find that old IDE due to the fact that Borland has been updated numerous times and so on and so forth however if you would like a good IDE that uses borland to compile than I would suggest using Bloodshed's Dev C++ IDE this is a very good IDE that you can actually change the color coding to that of the traditional Borland Compiler if you wish. As far as finding the traditional Borland IDE I can't help you I've tried looking for it and I don't even think Borland has it anymore but try Dev C++ it's awesome

You can follow the links to download either version 4 or 5

I use 5 some choose 4 because 5 is still "Beta" but I have yet to have any issues with it
