It is fairly difficult to find that old IDE due to the fact that Borland has been updated numerous times and so on and so forth however if you would like a good IDE that uses borland to compile than I would suggest using Bloodshed's Dev C++ IDE this is a very good IDE that you can actually change the color coding to that of the traditional Borland Compiler if you wish. As far as finding the traditional Borland IDE I can't help you I've tried looking for it and I don't even think Borland has it anymore but try Dev C++ it's awesome

http://www.bloodshed.net/devcpp.html

You can follow the links to download either version 4 or 5

I use 5 some choose 4 because 5 is still "Beta" but I have yet to have any issues with it

I can help you but in order to understand exactly what the problem is I will need you to post your source code

Well you see it may not be the make file. It may be a small error in the source code that you are over looking and the error is changing the make file. My suggestion since you can't post your code would be to debug the code line by line using the IDE and if you still can't find it try to find the smallest area of the that has the error and post it. Otherwise I would just manually copy and paste your code unless there is a security issue
