I don't understand the example of "you n your sister", but whatever.

What I mean by Math being universal is that whether I am taking Geometry in the USA or in Asia, PI will ALWAYS == 3.14. Yes languages change and the teaching methods in different countries vary greatly but mathmatical forumlas do not.
