Hmmm. You want this to work the opposite way that an alias works and I am not sure if any email server software can handle that. What you potentially would have to do is write a program that would monitor mailbox X and then turn around and send an email to any user that the email is relevant to. Problem is, this doesn't stop the user from having a cluttered mailbox as they will still recieve 1 email for every email recieved that pertains to them.
Seems kind of pointless to me.
