Thanks for the reply. At least they just recieve 1 of every mail that pertains to them. Currently, they receive more than 1 since a few ppl in the company receives that particular email and all who recieve feels that ppl should know, thus just sending to all employees (it's easier to just click on 'Send to All' then to select one by one who should receive it).

Do you think there'll be any software in the market that helps in such situations? Really appreciate your help :)
