Unfortunately, this isn't a Wrox book any more. I know it says Wrox on the cover and it's confusing but another publisher bought thoose books in 2003. There's a little more information about that here:
http://p2p.wrox.com/faq.php?faq=wroxfaq#faq_notallcode

I've looked and it doesn't appear that other publisher sells this anymore or has an ebook and I know they don't provide the code.
Because of that, I'd probably recommend the Petzold book instead, published by Microsoft Press and sold by O'Reilly at:
http://oreilly.com/catalog/9780735613706/
which has code available and is available for purchase as a PDF.

Hope this helps and hope in the future when you need something newer you'll still think of Wrox.
