I heartily agree with all of the previous posts - expecting me to shell out another 35% for the electronic version sems greedy. I've already paid fairly dearly for the hardcopy, which grants me rights to read and use the data. Providing an inexpensive electronic version seems to be reasonable. Other publishers often provide inexpensive electronic versions, or even include the source and e-book version on a CD! If rox maintains a deaf ear to this issue, I may have to look at other publishers in the future.
