I'm working on a project for school which involves looking into online communities for technology oriented business customers.

1. What are the main features you like about this site?
2. What room for improvement is there, or what additional features would you like to see?
3. What other communities do members this site use on a regular basis? This could include sites like www.wikipedia.org, specific blogs, faqs, and knowledge bases.
4. How much time per day do you spend on this particular website?
5. What’s the best way to attract new users to this site?

These answers will help me finish a research study for one of my classes, so any help you may have in addition to these questions will be appreciated.
