Im an intern at a media company. Im asked to find a way to improve the emailing system of the company. The needed flow is such that whatever emails that are received by the company, they want it to be in one mailbox, and an alert will automatically be sent to the right recipients only (not to everyone). This is suppose to not clog up the individual's mailbox & the individuals getting information that is only relevant to their dept.

Would anyone know how to develop this (any language) or are there any good existing systems tht are sold in the market that meets these requirements?
