I looked at your post. I don't see where it mentions what book you have the problem in. If it's one of the books that Wiley didn't purchase, then you might want to head over to the apress web site (http://www.apress.com) and e-mail them. I believe they have set up an e-mail alias for support on books they got from the Classic Wrox liquidation.

Since I do not know PHP and I do not use Dreamweaver, I am unable to assist you with your specific problem.
