Default Trying to get support on this subject!

I am waiting patiently but still no response on the code in a book I bought. Please can an admin help on this one. Here is the thread


Since this post on the thread I have removed md5 from the sql database table feild and taken it out of the code generated by dreamweaver. Still no access granted on my admin.php page. I am baffled here.

I looked at your post. I don't see where it mentions what book you have the problem in. If it's one of the books that Wiley didn't purchase, then you might want to head over to the apress web site (http://www.apress.com) and e-mail them. I believe they have set up an e-mail alias for support on books they got from the Classic Wrox liquidation.

Since I do not know PHP and I do not use Dreamweaver, I am unable to assist you with your specific problem.

Is this referring to code in Beginning Dreamweaver MX? I'm seeing this now because you posted it into the books section. If it is this book, I'll ask the editor to respond or involve the authors.

I've also checked in to see if the moderator for the tech forums is looking for messages that are book specific that need to be sent over to us. But thanks for posting here so it came to my attention that you are looking for help.

No, it's not related to the Beginning Dreamweaver MX book. In that book we just discuss ASP while this post is related to PHP.

I have replied to the post in the meantine (before this thread was started), suggesting a Sessions problem. No response yet, so I am not sure whether my reply helped or not.
