To further the points made by EAK, with whom I thoroughly agree, I accept all of the points as stated by Wiley (and its employees).
This does not extend to empathy.

All we require is for the products, which you now own, stand by the promises made to repeat customers. I actually care not for your contractual law, simply your ethics and your duty.

While I am glad to here that this matter may be in a state of action, I and many others I know, are still waiting for any tangible outcomes.
