The spell checker is already disabled inside of [code] blocks (and inside of [quote] blocks if you are reply-quoting). Yet another good reason for people to put the [code] tags around their source code - unless they like lots of spelling errors popping up! :D

I'll look into excluding text inside of the [url] tags.
