Well naturally the book says one thing, the site another. I doubt whether APress or Wiley would recall all books printed so far on Wrox's presses just to update the web links. When a company goes under things are bound to change.
Personally I'm glad someone has continued the Wrox tradition and am prepared to put up with minor irritations rather than have no books at all. Likewise with this forum. Mr. Levy and others have pointed out hundreds of times the facts and have tried to help and they're not employed to do this.
I typed in the title of the book and "download code" into Google and got a URL in the top dozen which listed all the former Wrox books together with links for their code:
