Are you aware of what has taken place with the WROX brand? Clearly not...
1. Wrox was owned by Peer.
2. Since Peer did a bad job (as you have noted) they went out of business.
3. The Wrox brand and a few of their books were purchased by Wiley
4. Wiley is taking their time in putting out new books and, I belive, improving the review process by using professional reviewers that they directly employ rather than the way peer handled the review process.
5. The bulk of Wrox books were purchased by A*Press.
I should add I had no problems at all using the Professional XML title.
