I see that you are subscribed to 3 different forums. You should be able to unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe icon in either the normal forum view, or in the "My Subscriptions" page.

One thought... Do you have your browser set to block popup windows?

The unsubscribe function makes use of a popup window to confirm the unsubscribe. If you are blocking popup's, try disabling it and then see if you can unsubscribe.
