Based on the lack of activity on the thread 8 months ago when this topic started, and the long lull in between posts, I don't see there's sufficient demand for another VBA group now. More importantly, if there's not a critical mass of people who are going to read it and answer each other's questions, the few posts it might generate will probably go unanswered, leaving the posters frustrated.
