Yeah, true. But instead of saying: "Hey, go to our competitors for the source code", they could add something like "Well, we bought some of the books, but not all. We cannot support the books that we didn't buy".

That would clarify a couple of things.

Then again, as we said before, the problem is probably not with the text on the FAQ pages. The problem is with people's inability or unwillingness to read and to try to figure it out themselves......
