Default Sending Access Reports to PDF Format

I need a method to have an Access report converted and sent in PDF format to a code designated filename, to eliminate user intervention to name the file location.

You will fist need to purchase pdf writter. After you have this program, you can just create a macro that does this for you.

If you can not get pdf writter, just save your reports as a report snapshot(.snp), which is the free viewer for MS Access reports and it saves all formatting on your report just as pdf does.
