Default Handling Reports in VBA

I use docmd.openreport .... to open a report.
However, I also need to pause review and/or print the report before proceeding with the VBS procedure. Unfortunately the code carries on running.

Any ideas??

Cheers Ray

What do you mean by "pause review"? Do you mean you want to preview the print before it goes to the printer? Use...

DoCmd.OpenReport "Report Name Here", acViewPreview

As Greg said, & use DoCmd.OpenReport "ReportName", acNormal
...to be printed right away, without preview.

Good Luck!

Thanks for reply guys - I want to be able to preview the Report (or it could be Query or a Form) with a view to making some decision based on it , not neccessarily to print it at that time.

Cheers Ray
