Default DAO & ADO

I am converting from access 97 to access xp.Would the access 97 application works in access xp by just adding the DAO library in access xp?Or there are more than this involved in it? coding etc...
waiting for ur answers

Probably.

Just back up the 97 db, and do the conversion. Access XP's default database format is Access 2k which is compatible with Access 97, i.e., you shouldn't find and code in you 97 db that isn't supported by 2K.
