Default FTP transfers

Background:
Need to up- and download files to/from FTP sites.
I tried :
<http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q163653> and got jammed in the following:
In the Insert ActiveX Control dialog box, select Microsoft Internet Transfer Control, version 5.0, and then click OK.
It seems that my Access does not have this option at all in the ActiveX Control dialog box?? Do I need update or new version, the present is Access 200 (9.0.6926 SP-3)

Thanx in advance
