Default Reports and Word

How can i copy report or form to microsoft word 2003?

Preview the report, then: file > export > save as type > rich text (*.rtf), save it to your favorite location
then open this saved file with MS word...
it saves most of the formatting also....

Thanks , it worked in reports ,
but when i copy form , it copies in some other way .
