I cant find at tools->macro the security to allow macros .
Where can i change it?

Open Word (not Access) and got to Tools > Macros > Security ...

But why access xp "lost" this option?

I am not sure that Access ever had that capability. I have always set the security level from Word. Perhaps you had a copy of Access installed on a computer that did not have Word installed on it. Then I think the menu is available from Access.
