Default Lost VBA code

Hi all!
I've got a wierd situation. I have an Access 2007 database, that has quite a few forms, reports, queries, tables and linked tables.

Somehow, all the vba code behind all the forms, the modules - is gone! The forms, reports, queries, tables everything else is still there - but no code!

Any ideas?

P.S. I was just going to recover from a backup, but, my network folks, somehow had the backups overlaying themselves each day. I was out of town when they noticed something wrong, so, alas I have no backup to recover from.

Thanks in advance!

Are you working with the MDB or MDE? The MDE would not have any code behind it nor would you be able to see forms in design view, etc.
