Default Need to detect if subform currently has scrollbar

Hi all

using MS Access 2K, Win XP Pro

I have an (urgent) need to detect whether a subform is currently displaying a vertical scrollbar.

Tried just about everything but still no joy.

Anyone got any ideas? - I know it must be able to be done!

thanks in advance

Not sure if 2K is similar to 03', but isn't there a property to define this, or are you trying to use VBA to determine this automatically?

Hi thanks for your reply
I have 2003 as well - but there is no way to detect (rather than define) the scrollbars visibility.

I think an API call is the only way to go - but I can't get it to work
cheers
