Memo to text

Hello,
Here is the deal.
I have 2 forms. One is based on a table with a memo field. The second one is not based on a table. It is made of a textbox. I have to transfer text from the memo field to the text field but of course, once copied the text is truncated. I understand the reason why but how can I make it then.
I absolutely need the memo field from the table.
