Default Vusial Basic 6, Mysql and Crystal Report 10

i have just completeled developing a vb applicatoin but am having a problem when running it as a package. it installs successefully but when i run it, i get ActiveX components can't create object.

Am using visual basic 6.0, Mysql 5.0 as the database and crystal report 10. every time i access a report i get "ActiveX components can't create object, Runtime error '429'".

what could really be the problem. i need you help?
