ENo Name LDt LAmt recdate RAmt
M01 ABC 01/12/2006 10000 01/01/2007 500

In tblAddL there are ENo, Name, ALDt(Additional Loan sanction date), ALAmt(additional Loan)
like below
ENo Name ALDt ALAmt
M01 ABC 01/04/2007 10000

M01 ABC 0 9500 01/02/2007 500 9000
M01 ABC 0 9000 01/03/2007 500 8500
M01 ABC 01/04/2007 10000 18500 01/04/2007 500 18000
M01 ABC 0 18000 01/05/2007 500 17500
M01 ABC 0 17500 01/06/2007 500 17000
M01 ABC 0 17000 01/07/2007 500 16500
M01 ABC 01/08/2007 5000 21500 01/08/2007 500 21000
M01 ABC 0 21000 01/09/2007 500 20500
M01 ABC 0 20500 01/10/2007 500 20000

I am not sure what you mean by "meathead."

You can use a query to get your data together, and then use grouping in your repor (use the wizard) to group by days, which it looks like you are trying to do. Then sort the detail section by date.

Did that help?
