Default Report Header not printing

I have two reports that are acting a little funny...the report header will not print, but the page header/footer and detail sections will. I have checked my properties and they all seem fine. The properties on one of them are as follows:
Name: Report Header
Force New Page: None
New Row or Col: None
Keep Together: Yes
Visible: Yes
Can Grow: No
Can Shrink: No
Height: 1.709"
Back Color: 16777215
Special Effect: Flat
Tag: (empty)
On Format: (empty)
On Print: (empty)
On Retreat: (empty)

Can anyone help with why this is happening?
Thanks in advance!

Regards,
Laura

Hiya,

What are the properties of the header label? Is it visible when you read it? Are the two reports a copy and paste of themselves or any other report, or is this a random event?

Hi! Sorry for the delay in responding.
The report header and all label properties are set as visible (Yes).
One of the reports was a copy & paste with changing the control source and a few labels, but the other report was created from scratch.
What makes this really odd...when I preview them on my screen, the report header shows up every time, but it doesn't always print on the paper.

Thanks!!!!

Laura

Good morning to everyone!
As a follow-up to my previous report, I did forward this issue to the tech support for our printer/copier and this issue seems to be resolved with an updated print driver they asked me to try.
I thought I would share this incase anyone experienced a similar issue.
If I continue to experience any further issues, I will advise.

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!

Regards,
Laura
