Default scroll bar jump possible solution

This might be a bit late and not much help but I had the same problem and couldn't solve it.

So I then put the scrollbar on the multipage instead of the form. But my design allowed this.

When a Tab control gets the focus it will try to position the form so all of the tab control is visible. This is common when the form height is taller than the screen and the form will need to scroll.

If possible make the tab control's height shorter so that the form will not need to scroll to make the tab control completely visible.
