I have this following code:

a = "MPI_CORE_DATA"

b = 'Need something here to get rid of the quotes in a

DoCmd.RunSQL "CREATE TABLE " & b

Default

a = "MPI_CORE_DATA"

b = "CREATE TABLE " & a

DoCmd.RunSQL b

Did that work? Access does not like concatenation in the DoCmd. line.
